Quarantine

A file first goes to closed storage. We check the real file format (not the extension), size and pixel count, strip metadata (including GPS) from the public versions and look for duplicates.

Manual review

A moderator sees the preview, the source, the rights statement and the report history. A photo is published only after the right to distribute it and the adult age of everyone pictured are confirmed. A link to the original, or the fact that a photo was already published somewhere, is not permission.

Reports

If you are the rights holder or you appear in a photo without consent, use the report form or DMCA. No account is needed, and urgent categories are hidden immediately pending review.
